We, my wife and I, stayed at Your hotel from the 19 th. To the 24 th. Of May 2010 .  -   What a wonderful vacation !  The service and the hospitality was FANTASTIC !

We are now back in Norway, but we do hope that we can come back to Vilnius some time, and stay at Your hotel once again.

I recently stayed at the BEST WESTERN in Kaunas during the period of 19 to 21 March. I am sending this email to let you know that the service I received from Akvile was excellent. She recommended places to eat, drink, and site see and all the places she recommended were excellent. She spoke very good English and made my stay there a very welcome and positive experience. Please give her my thanks as I was not able to before I left and if there is someone as corporate headquarters I could email about her service please let me know.
 
Another person who was very friendly and helpful was Simona she too helped me with the local attractions in Kaunas. She was very helpful and made sure if I had a request it was answered very promptly and to my satisfaction.
 
Both of these employees are valuable assets and I wish we had more service like these two wonderful ladies provided in the United States. I will definitely recommend your hotel because of the service I received from them.

So it´s time to thank your house for continuous high quality at recommendable rates.

Especially I thank you for a marvelous stay with absolutely quiet sleeping time in a healthy bed.
The room was at every time in a top state. The service at the counter - including flexible reaction on changed dates of a conference - was absolutely helpful.
At the morning buffet I liked the different opportunities of rolls, bread or cake, like in paradise. The local cheese, ham and fish offer at the breakfast morning buffet was quite recommendable.
Also vegetable, fruits, cereals, yoghurt and juice have been offered every day.
Not to forget reliable recommendations of your restaurant waiters in the evening, distinguished service and tasty snacks going with a drink in the evening.
This is more than my personal opinion, it´s a feedback of 10 conference-members from five European countries. Important for conference-work was: Internet was running valid and quick enough for holding contact to the home-base.
